The entrée menu now features the Baked Ruby Trout, with lobster and lump crabmeat stuffing on a new potato and Vidalia onion hash and zip sauce; Braised One Bono Short Ribs, with whipped potatoes, baby carrots and a broiled tomato; Blue-B- Que Half Roasted Chicken, marinated in buttermilk and herbs over roasted corn spinach hash and basted with housemade Blue-B Que sauce; Rotisserie Roasted Half Duck, cranberry and cherry chutney with sweet potato and pumpkin seed mashed potatoes and sauté of baby squash; Michigan Mixed Grill, orzo and dried cranberry stuffod quail with maple demiglace, grilled game sausage, pan seared venison medallion and sauté of baby squash.
