Summary
Complacency is so much the norm that people become offended when an offer for change for the better is presented. It's a dependent mentality that brings about a level of comfort, but very few results. Those who challenge or seem to jeopardize that comfort level are looked upon as bad, and to the cry of "don't take our misery away." Those who speak the truth about situations are said to have the best interest of others at hand. Not necessarily so.
