Mr. Boozer was born April 17,1940 in Detroit to the union of Dave and Luthermae Boozer. He received his education in the Detroit Public Schools, and attended Northwestern High School where he met the love of his life, Carvalene Baker. They were united in holy matrimony in 1961.
