Summary


"I'm able to put myself in their shoes, when survivors come here, I'm in their shoes," she said. "It's one thing to heal them, hut I also give them tools to work with: how to go to the next level, housing, give them a job readiness."

"We're here to meet the people's needs who are suffering and hurting. With one accord and one mind," the said. "(The Mission) is about the people who are in need." The Mission probably sprung from these earlier projects, she noted.

"This is not my job, this is my love. I have a burning desire," [Nedra Lucas] said. "We have an open door policy and we meet you where you're at. Our organization offers several services (and) my track record's proven. My love and my faith is why I'm able to stay out here and continue growing."
