Summary
As I watched Agnes Hitchcock of the "Call 'Em Out Coalition" throw grapes at members of the Detroit School Board as they voted on closing 34 school building, the same thoughts ran through my mind. I don't know if Ms. Hitchcock has children, but I have to assume that she has some relationship with DPS, due to her community activism. What was this woman thinking about as she launched a planned physical assault because of her disagreement with a board decision? Obviously she did not think on the impact and consequences of her action. Being disrespectful vocally in one thing, but escalating to physical attack is another.
