The Art & Essay Contest is celebrating its 20th year and is headed by Mary Blackmo ç, Detroit Branch NAACP Art & Essay Committee chair. The contest is just one of several youth initiatives connected to the Detroit Branch NAACFs Annual Fight For Freedom Fund Dinner. The 55th Annual Fight For Freedom Fund Dinner will be held on Sunday, May 2, 2010, 5 p.m., at Cobo Conference Center. This year the 55th Annual Fight For Freedom Fund Dinner is chaired by:
