Summary
The war is being waged against smokers in an attempt to impose a statewide ban on smoking in restaurants and bars. Those who smoke say it is unfair and a violation of their rights. Funny, but those who don't smoke say the same thing when they are forced to smell and inhale secondhand smoke.
While I respect what others choose to do with their lives and bodies even if I don't agree with it, they must respect what others and I choose to do with ours, as well. Smoking in the confines of one's home and private areas is a right that no one can or should take away. In public places, it is another story.See the full content of this document
