"You must have a workforce that represents the community," Williams said. "We are working on a diverse workforce and supplier force. Bing, for example, employs a much higher percentage of minorities than other supplies to DaimlerChrysler, Ford and GM. When we give contracts to Dave Bing, we know the number of minorities that are going to get jobs is much greater than if a contract is given to a major supplier."
