Hundreds of people from all races and cultures give of their hearts and it's a beautiful thing to see the children open the gifts. There are smiles, hugs, kisses and tears of joy. These are positive things that last a lifetime."The North End Youth Improvement Council (NEYIC) will sponsor the Adopt-A-Child Christmas Program, which will be on Friday, Dec. 11, at Cobo Hall, from 5 to 8 p.m. The party is the 47th annual celebration and will provide food and clothing to disadvantaged area youths.See the full content of this document
